Whether you feel like you are stuck at a plateau or if you are just starting out a coach can fast forward you to your goals. By holding you accountable, instilling confidence, teaching you new and exciting techniques or exercises a coach is a vital part of progression. Just starting out, at K.O our coaches are professional, encouraging and only have your best interests at heart. We work to improve not just your physical wellbeing but also your mental wellbeing by empowering you and giving you the confidence you need to get started on your journey.

Recovery

Recovery is as important as training, it is highly recommended to stretch, meditate, sleep and eat well. Our Yin Yoga classes with focus on recovery are perfect and suitable for all levels. We also offer private Yoga session as a part of our personal training options. We also have a qualified nutritionist as a part of your recovery program.
